The challenge was to transform complex live scoring data into an engaging visual experience while accurately recreating one of Germany's most prestigious championship courses.

Starting from drone photogrammetry and LiDAR scans with sub-5 cm accuracy, every hole was faithfully recreated, alongside bespoke 3D models of the clubhouse, tournament facilities and key event landmarks. Live tournament data continuously updated the experience with per-hole scoring, front-nine statistics and leaderboard information as play unfolded. BMW's Hole-in-One prize vehicles and event branding were also recreated within the digital twin, creating an authentic representation of the championship environment. Over four days of competition, the installation helped more than 50,000 spectators stay connected to the tournament.
